I never planned on being a photographer, but sometimes things don't exactly happen to plan.
I am a Fort Myers native, born and raised. Growing up in Fort Myers, I took lots of pictures of my family, our pets, and the sunsets with a little pink camera of mine that went everywhere with me. I went to Fort Myers High School and took a couple photography courses that I loved! I enjoyed working in the darkroom developing my own film and using my dad's old DSLR camera from his college days. I went to Florida Gulf Coast University and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. Straight out of college, I started teaching and planning a wedding. I married my high school sweetheart at Lover's Key Resort after dating ten years on lucky 07.07.07 at 7 o'clock pm. We went on lots of vacations together from Orlando, New York, and Germany. I can remember using rolls and rolls of film on our trips. I'd take pictures of billboards, pretty flowers, and anything I thought was artsy.
Three years later the love in our Buckingham home multiplied by a million when our baby boy, Bryce Adrian, was born. From the moment I looked into those sweet blue eyes of my blonde haired newborn baby boy, I knew I wanted to capture every fleeting moment. My digital point-and-shoot camera got a full workout capturing every milestone and everyday moments. As he grew, my living room bookcase started to overflow with monthly photo albums. My eagerness to capture more beautiful pictures did as well. I upgraded my camera and lens. I researched techniques and editing software to make my photographs better.
I truly love taking pictures. I am a natural light photographer in the SW Florida area specializing in newborns, children, maternity, and families.
I look forward to meeting you and your loved ones to make today's little moments become tomorrow's precious memories.
